These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FIND by S'ILLA mobile application and related services ("FIND", "the app", "we", "us" or "our").
By creating an account or using FIND, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
FIND by S'ILLA is operated by Equin Closet, S.L., trading under the S'ILLA brand.
1. About FIND
FIND by S'ILLA is an equestrian app designed to help users discover horses, connect with riders, horse owners, breeders and equestrian professionals, publish equestrian content, create horse listings, save profiles and communicate through in-app messaging.
FIND is a platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the seller, buyer, agent, broker, veterinarian, trainer, transporter or professional provider involved in any transaction or interaction between users.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your profile information reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for ensuring that any location information you provide, including profile location, horse listing location or professional service location, is accurate enough for the purpose for which it is shared. You should not provide private addresses or sensitive location details that you do not want to be associated with your account, listings or services.
You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person or use another user's account without permission.
3. User content
You are responsible for the content you upload, publish, send or share through FIND. This may include posts, images, videos, comments, messages, horse listings, service profiles and professional information.
By uploading or publishing content, you confirm that:
- you have the right to publish that content;
- the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- the content does not infringe third-party rights;
- the content does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
You retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt, resize, distribute and show your content as necessary to operate and promote the app.
4. Horse listings
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and honesty of horse listings. Information such as age, breed, height, discipline, health, price, location, ownership, availability and suitability must be presented truthfully.
FIND does not independently verify every horse listing. Users should carry out their own checks, request appropriate documentation, consult qualified professionals where necessary and act with caution before entering any agreement.
FIND is not responsible for agreements, payments, disputes, veterinary checks, transport arrangements, suitability assessments or any transaction between users.
5. Professional services
Users who create professional profiles or offer services are responsible for the accuracy of their qualifications, experience, service descriptions, availability and pricing.
FIND does not guarantee the quality, suitability, legality or availability of services offered by users. Users are responsible for verifying professionals before engaging them.
6. Messaging and interactions
FIND may allow users to message each other, follow profiles, save content, express interest in horses or services and interact with listings.
You agree not to use these features for spam, harassment, threats, fraud, misleading claims, unlawful activity or any abusive behaviour.
We may restrict, suspend or remove accounts or content if we believe a user is misusing the platform.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- use FIND for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or abusive purposes;
- publish false, misleading, offensive, discriminatory, threatening or illegal content;
- upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- harass, intimidate, impersonate or exploit other users;
- attempt to access accounts, data or systems without authorization;
- scrape, copy, reverse engineer or misuse the app or its data;
- upload malicious code, spam or harmful files;
- use the platform to promote unsafe, illegal or unethical animal practices.
8. Animal welfare
Users are expected to respect animal welfare standards and applicable equestrian regulations. FIND may remove content or restrict accounts where content appears to promote abuse, neglect, unsafe practices or harm to animals.
9. Reports, blocking and moderation
Users may report content, horse listings, professional profiles, conversations or users that they believe violate these Terms, affect safety, include misleading information or are inappropriate.
We may review, remove, restrict, hide, disable or suspend content, listings, messages or accounts if we believe they violate these Terms, create legal risk, affect user safety, harm animal welfare, misuse the service or damage the integrity of FIND.
We are not obligated to monitor all content at all times, but we may act where needed. Reporting content does not guarantee that we will take a particular action.
10. Intellectual property
The FIND by S'ILLA name, design, interface, branding, logos, software, structure and related elements are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit any part of FIND without our prior written permission.
11. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of FIND at any time. We may also introduce new features, change existing features or limit access to certain functions.
We do not guarantee that FIND will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.
12. Account suspension or termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, create risk for other users, infringe rights, provide false information or engage in unlawful or harmful activity.
You may also stop using the app or request account deletion.
13. Disclaimers
FIND is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of user content, horse listings, professional profiles, messages, prices, availability, suitability or any information provided by users.
Users interact, negotiate, buy, sell, hire or engage services at their own risk.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIND by S'ILLA and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, transaction disputes, user conduct, horse suitability issues, service disagreements or any damages arising from interactions between users.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
15. Privacy
Your use of FIND is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we may notify users through the app, website or other appropriate means.
Continued use of FIND after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
