If you want to delete your account, you can use the account deletion option inside the app where available.

Location and permission questions
FIND does not access your device's GPS location automatically and does not request device location permission for location-based discovery. Location information is introduced manually inside the app by selecting a country, city or locality. If you need help updating or removing your selected location, contact us from your registered email address.
Reporting content or users
If you believe that content, a horse listing, a professional profile or a user violates our Terms, affects safety, includes misleading information or is inappropriate, please contact us with:

- the profile, listing or content involved;
- screenshots if available;
- a short explanation of the issue.
Response time
We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible. Response times may vary depending on the nature of the request.
Emergency situations
FIND by S'ILLA is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate risk to a person, animal or property, contact the appropriate local emergency services, veterinary professionals or authorities.
