This Privacy Policy explains how FIND by S'ILLA ("FIND", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you use the FIND mobile application and related services.

Account information

This may include your public profile details, biography, professional category, equestrian interests, location information that you manually choose to provide through the app, visibility settings, followers, following and saved professionals. Location information may include a selected country, city or locality and approximate coordinates associated with that selected place for discovery and distance-based filtering.
Content you create or upload
This may include posts, captions, images, videos, horse listings, service profiles, professional information, comments, likes, saved content and other content you choose to publish or share through the app.
Horse listings and equestrian service information
If you list a horse or create a professional/service profile, we may process information such as horse name, age, height, breed, discipline, price, location, description, media, availability and related contact or service details.
Messages and interactions
FIND includes messaging and interaction features. We may process messages, conversation metadata, saved items, "interested" actions, swipes, follows, blocks, reports and similar app interactions in order to provide the service, protect users and operate moderation features.
Technical and usage information
We may collect technical information needed to operate, secure and improve the app. This may include device information, app version, IP address, log data, error reports, session information, security events and general usage activity.
Media and file data
Images and videos uploaded to FIND may be processed through third-party media storage and delivery providers. Media may be transformed, resized, optimized or stored to provide previews, feeds, profiles and listings.

- create and manage your account;
- provide profiles, posts, horse listings, professional services and messaging;
- show relevant content and app features;
- allow users to discover horses, riders, owners and equestrian professionals;

4. Public content and visibility
Some information you provide may be visible to other users, depending on your settings and how you use the app. This may include your username, profile photo, public profile, posts, horse listings, service profiles and selected location visibility.
You should not publish information that you do not want other users to see.
5. Location information
FIND may use location information or location settings to help users discover horses, professional services and other equestrian profiles by proximity or by selected area.
FIND does not access your device's GPS location automatically and does not request device location permission for this purpose. Location information is provided manually by the user inside the app, for example by selecting a country, city or locality through the app's structured location selector.
When you select a location, FIND may store related location fields such as country, city or locality, and approximate latitude and longitude associated with that selected place. These coordinates are used to support features such as distance-based search, nearby results, country filters and service discovery. They are not intended to represent an exact private address.
You may control whether selected location information is displayed publicly on your profile where such settings are available. However, FIND may still use your selected structured location internally to provide discovery, filtering, safety, account or service functionality.
We do not recommend entering precise private addresses, stable addresses or any location information that you do not want associated with your account or listings.
6. Messages
Messages are intended to allow users to communicate inside the FIND app. We may process message content and metadata to deliver messages, maintain conversation history, prevent abuse, provide support and comply with legal obligations.
Users should not use messages for unlawful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent or unsafe communications.
7. Reports, blocking and moderation
FIND may provide reporting, blocking and moderation tools to help protect users and the integrity of the platform. When you submit a report or block a user, we may process the related report information, target content, account identifiers, moderation notes and action history as needed to review the issue and take appropriate action.
We may review, restrict, hide, remove or disable content, listings, messages, profiles or accounts where we believe it is necessary for safety, legal compliance, animal welfare, misuse prevention or enforcement of our Terms of Service.
8. Service providers
We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate the app, including providers for authentication, hosting, database infrastructure, media storage, image/video delivery, monitoring, email or customer support.
